Eight local composers have joined together to present a concert of new music at the Victorian Englander House in San Francisco. The meetings and pot-luck dinners began three years ago and have subsequently grown to include eight composers. The Irregular Resolutions Spring Concert will include twelve new chamber works for a wide variety of instrumentation.   These include four solo works by Carol Belcher, Ed Dierauf, and John Bilotta:   Belcher's Passagens for piano, Dierauf's Variations for Cello , Bilotta's Entr'acte for clarinet and Madison Sketchbook for piano, Verotta's Pezzo Numero due for piano. Composers Ed Dierauf, Steve Mobia, Walter Sanchez, and Davide Verotta will offer duos:   Dierauf's Duet for Clarinet & Cello , Mobia's Floaters for two accordions, Sanchez' Mojave Sunrise for flute and cello, and Verotta's Sonata per Cello e Pianoforte. Works for larger ensembles have been provided by Carol Belcher ( Sonata for Clarinet & Cello ), Harry Bernstein ( Sonata for Flute, Oboe, & Piano ), David Graves ( Of Blood and Diamonds for Flute, English Horn, Cello, & Piano), and Steve Mobia ( Spareway for two accordions, oboe, & cello). There is a diversity of musical styles being presented--from tonal to atonal, and lyrical to dramatic. The instrumentalists include three of the composers themselves:   Carol Belcher and Davide Verotta both on piano, as well as Harry Bernstein on flute. The other performers appearing at the concert include Dan Cantrell and Henri Ducharme (accordions), Nick Carlin (cello), Daniel Culveyhouse (piano), and Nik Phelps (clarinet, oboe, English horn).
